I have not been particularly busy, just not feeling very well and doing other stuff. I have been scrapping some and reading some and watching alot of Dr. Who on my computer. I think I will do a picture catch up post and then maybe tomorrow do a real post and try to get back into a blogging routine!
Here is the catch up on my POTD...
As you can see from the last picture we got some ice again! Not too much, but enough to call off school today, which was fine with me cause I didn't want to go anywhere today. My throat is hurting again, I keep sneezing, my head is all stopped up and when I open my mouth to yawn or anything my ear pops. I am so sick of not feeling good.
I am going to leave you with one last picture, a layout I did of all my jan photos...
I am going to do this each month, it was a fun page to do and a great way to see all the pictures at a glance. I will post the rest of my layouts tomorrow, I already have WAY too many pictures here!
Have a great evening!
This is for you Laura dear! Although, I am terribly behind!
****Weight loss update****
This week I lost 1 pound. Not much but it's in the right direction and that's what counts right now! I didn't end up hitting my minutes exercised target, but I did do good in that department. My goal this week is higher and it may be a lofty goal, but I am going to try to get as close as I can. I pulled out my Biggest Loser exercise DVD and did a little sweating with Bob and let me tell you, that is some good motivation. He is just awesome and it's like he is right there in the room with you...or in the case of the calming stretch...out on a rock with you! That stretch was the best part. I am going to add this workout into my repertoire this week and see how I do. Here is my plan for this week.
- Monday -
30 min Couch to 5K (W1D1), 5 min stretch, 20 min walk outside, 35 min TBL workout (high intensity) - Tuesday - 30 min Strength Training, 10 min stretch, 30 min treadmill, 40 min TBL workout (low intensity)
- Wednesday - 30 min Couch to 5K (W1D1), 5 min stretch, 20 min walk outside, 35 min TBL workout (high intensity)
- Thursday - 30 min Strength Training, 10 min stretch, 30 min treadmill, 40 min TBL workout (low intensity)
- Friday - 30 min Couch to 5K (W1D1), 5 min stretch, 20 min walk outside, 35 min TBL workout (high intensity)
- Saturday - rest
- Sunday - rest (maybe a walk on the treadmill)
We'll see how it goes!
Food is going good. I am cutting out as much sugar this week as I can and replacing it with splenda. Really I only use sugar in my coffee and so far the Splenda has been just as satisfying. I need to work on getting lots of veggies and fruit and still more protein. I think it's time to pull out the ON powder and use that. I may have to give up my afternoon coffee for that to get the protein! Have to add this really quick...I think I found a way to get my protein...Chalene's Cottage Cheese Power Pancakes. How yummy do those look?!
Here is my Week 4 layout for TBL. The prompt was to do an about me page for you at your goal weight. I used a virtual model for the photo.
I don't have this uploaded to my gallery, but everything is from Paint The Moon's Chloe's Treasure kit, the paper fold is by Karah Fredericks.

Here is a catch up of my Pictures of the Day...
I didn't realize I was so far behind! I am going to try to update more often this week so I don't have a HUGE long post with pictures!
****Scrapping****
I have managed to get some pages done too! Here they all are...
I have a couple more layouts, but I will add them tomorrow. I am having trouble getting them to upload for some reason!
Have a great evening! I have the 2nd Episode of Torchwood Season 2 downloaded waiting for me to watch! Cheating...I know, but I just can't wait a whole week!
I am getting there and it feels really good! I am going to work on a family schedule today. I am feeling the need for more structure around here and I am hoping that it will help the kids with some things too. Right now we have a lot of time spent fighting over who gets to play Star Wars Lego on PS2 and then when they do decide they fight about who isn't following who, etc.... I am tired of all the fighting!!

Here is yesterdays photo
That is a yummy Easy Chinese Stir Fry that I made for lunch yesterday. I even made up a little recipe card to go with it! I got the recipe from Kraft Food & Family. I added the broccoli on my own.
If you are interested in the full version of this card that you can print off, just shoot me a message and I will send it to you!
****Exercise****
I am doing good. A "little" sore, but I am going to work through it today and see if I can get some of it worked out. Here is my schedule

45 mins treadmill, 10 mins stretching - Wednesday - 30 mins full body Strength Training, 30 mins treadmill, 10 mins stretching
- Thursday - 45 mins treadmill, 10 mins stretching
- Friday - 30 mins full body Strength Training, 30 mins treadmill, 10 mins stretching
- Saturday - 45 mins treadmill, 10 mins stretching
- Sunday - REST DAY!!
I also have to walk to get Bailey from school today so that will add a little on to my minutes as well.
****Entertainment****
I cheated last night and found the new Torchwood online!! It was really good, a great way to start the season. I am hoping to see more James Marsters this season too. I like watching them online because BBC doesn't censor them like they will for BBCAmerica, and there are no commercials. The only drawback was that it was on a Chinese site and it had Chinese subtitles on it, but it was in English so that's all that mattered to me!
I clicked on IMDB just after watching Torchwood and saw that Heath Ledger was found dead...so sad. I will admit that it freaked me out a little when I saw it. I don't know why, I guess because it was totally out of the blue. Now if I had seen that it was Britney Spears or Amy Winehouse....not so unexpected, but Heath, really sad. I really liked him.

I did 2 pages yesterday, but one was for the dare so I can't share that yet. This one was for the challenge this week on the TBL board.
The challenge was to use the quote and tell how we felt about it.
Well that's all I have for today! Have a great one!
i am so far behind! i am feeling a little better but still not 100%. i am getting there though, i have to get back into my routine this coming week. i spent so much of last week sleeping, i need to to be spending that time exercising this coming week. unless i have a huge surprise in the morning i am not going to lose weight this week, just too much laying around and not really making the best food choices over this weekend. i am just hoping that it's only a small gain, one that i can easily shed next week.
here are my latest 365+1 photos
here are my last few layouts that i haven't posted yet.
i am sure i have more layouts to share, but i am so far behind posting that i am not sure which ones i haven't posted. i need to sort that out. i will figure that all out and post more tomorrow cause i want to talk about all the movies i have been watching lately!
have a great night!

Day 10
Day 11
****Scrapping****
I have been a scrapping fool lately! Here are the layouts I have done since I last posted.
And I started working on my Seattle album that I am going to have printed into a Shutterfly book and I got all these pages done just today!
I have to get some kids in bed, but I will try to post some more tomorrow! Have a great Friday Night!
I think I am going to keep using these day titles cause it's so much easier than thinking up a title every day! I have been scrapping all day today, with the usual breaks for cooking, laundry, etc... I still have to get my laundry finished though! I think I will work on that tomorrow. I am finding that scrapping is so much easier and faster with a fast computer...who knew?! I have gotten 14 pages done so far this year now! I am way ahead.
Here are my most recent ones
I have one more, but I can't share that yet.

I am loving this stuff the past few days. It's the perfect thing to chew on to keep me from snacking on junk!
That's all I got tonight! Have a great one!
I had this whole post typed out and had to restart my explorer and totally forgot that I needed to save it first! So, needless to say I am NOT going to try to remember all that was there!

I will leave you with that tonight! Have a great one!
****One Little Word****
There are a bunch of us doing this one little word thing this year. We have all been inspired by Ali to do it. If you want to learn more about it you can read about it here and here. Someone has even set up a blog for challenges, you can check that out here.
I thought about this for awhile and I knew that my word was going to be Patience. This is something that I really have always needed to work on and I think that this is my year! I am going to read through Ali's posts again and take a look at that blog and come up with some ways to incorporate this word into my daily life, scrapping, etc...

I have spent the better part of this morning organizing old pictures on my new computer. I want to participate in the Theme Album challenge at SBG and I had to find the pictures that I am going to use. I am going to do an album of out Minneapolis trip back in 2005. I want to have a shutterfly book printed at the end of the year. I have done a few pages, but this will help me to get it finished up.
I want to set a Scrapping Goal for this year. While I would like to do a page a day, I know that is not likely so I set up a new folder for this year and my goal is 300 pages. I probably got close last year, but I didn't set them up in a folder so that I could count them easily. I just have all the pages since I started digi scrapping in there so that would be 2 years worth.
****Weight Loss****
We are starting the new round of our Biggest Loser Challenge here on Monday. We kinda slacked off the past few months, but now we are all raring to go. I ended up gaining almost 20 pounds from June to December and that is just not good! I started watching my food intake this week and I stopped drinking diet soda and I have lost 4 pounds so far this week. So I am hoping that adding in the exercise next week and really tracking my food with help me get this extra gain off pretty quickly. I have my exercise all planned out for next week, I just have to stick to it! I am going to have to call on Michele to hold me accountable! My goal for this round it to get down to 199. I am at 223 right now so I have to lose 24 pounds. The end of the round is 2 days after my b-day so that's a good thing to look toward too. Then maybe I can get Jake to spring for something cool for me if I reach my goal...I doubt it though!! The gift that is, not reaching my goal, I know I can do that!
****POTD****
I haven't taken my picture yet, so I will come back and post that when I get it done. Have a great day!
Ugh...I don't know why I wait till the end of the day to post. Then I don't really want to spent too much time on here!
I will try to be better tomorrow and post early so you get more than just my photo of the day.
Today's photo
And a layout that goes with it. I changed the tint on the photo a little here, but the one above is straight out of the camera with the exception of an unsharp mask.
I promise...more tomorrow!
